Onur Alper | Attorney-at-Law & Mediator
Onur Alper graduated from Bahçeşehir University Faculty of Law in 2006. He provides legal advisory and representation services to clients in corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), contract law, energy law and commercial disputes.
He offers strategic legal advice particularly on corporate restructuring, investment and cooperation structures, and legal matters arising from energy projects. His approach focuses on assessing legal matters in conjunction with clients’ commercial objectives and identifying practical, effective solutions.
He has been practising as a mediator since 2017 and has been a member of the Istanbul Bar Association since 2008. He has advanced proficiency in English.
Başak Balcı Alper | Attorney-at-Law & Mediator
Başak Balcı Alper graduated from Bahçeşehir University Faculty of Law in 2009 and obtained her LL.M. in Commercial and Corporate Law from Queen Mary University of London in 2011.
She provides legal advisory and representation services to domestic and international clients in corporate and commercial law, contract law, technology and information technology law, consumer protection and e-commerce law, and dispute resolution.
Her practice focuses on developing practical and strategic legal solutions tailored to evolving business models and industry-specific needs.
She has been practising as a mediator since 2017 and has been a member of the Istanbul Bar Association since 2010. She has advanced proficiency in English and French.
Aslıhan Öztürk | Attorney-at-Law
Aslıhan Öztürk completed her undergraduate legal studies in 2022 and obtained her Master’s degree in Private Law from MEF University in 2026. During her postgraduate studies, she undertook academic studies at the University of Szczecin through the Erasmus programme.
She provides legal advisory and litigation support services in commercial law, contract law, employment law, lease law, consumer protection law and dispute resolution.
Her practice focuses on delivering solution-oriented legal support through comprehensive legal research, contract review and the effective management of legal disputes.
She has been a member of the Istanbul Bar Association since 2023 and has advanced proficiency in English.
Ozan Menfaatli | Financial and Tax Advisor
Ozan Menfaatli provides financial advisory services in connection with mergers and acquisitions (M&A), as well as tax advisory and management services tailored to clients’ tax obligations in Türkiye.
His areas of practice encompass a broad range of accounting services, including general accounting, preparation of financial statements, periodic bookkeeping, establishment of accounting systems for newly formed businesses, preparation of personal financial statements and management of VAT refund procedures.
He pursued postgraduate studies in Accounting and Auditing at Istanbul University and also graduated from Istanbul University’s Accounting and Tax Applications Department.
Bilgin Avcılar |Office Administrator
Bilgin Avcılar supports the administrative and operational functions of Alper Law Office, including client communications, case file and document management, meeting and calendar scheduling, and internal office coordination.
Bilgin contributes to the smooth and efficient management of daily operations and plays an active role in coordinating the firm’s administrative processes.
